Round Table

The Swiss GCOS Office organises once a year a so-called National GCOS Round Table to enhance the dialogue between the partners in climate observation (federal offices, research institutes and universities). The round table serves as a forum for the discussion of the long-term planning to ensure continuous and representative observations, e.g. by identifying the risk of discontinuity ahead of time and engaging in remedial action.
